PERRY SHOW INVITATION!

I would like to take this opportunity to invite everyone to attend the show at Perry this year on Friday October 10th and Saturday October 11th.  The show is a major fundraiser for the Georgia Draft Horse Association and we need your support.  There are classes for just about everyone and we have revised the premium listing again to make sure of that.  If you are new to showing, don't worry, there are plenty of "old-timers" at the show who would be willing to help you with any problems you might encounter.  If you are a returning exhibitor you already know about the fun we have just being with other draft horse folks.  If you don't have any horses to show this year, now is the time to get ready for the 2009 show by learning from exhibitors in action.  Your enthusiasm in the stands will be a welcome addition to all of the exhibitors in the ring.  There is a spot for each of you in this show!

Good luck exhibitors and thank you for your support.

Carla Beckom, Perry Show Coordinator

While driving in Pennsylvania, a family caught up to an Amish carriage. The owner of the carriage obviously had a sense of humor, because attached to the back of the carriage was a hand printed sign... 'Energy efficient vehicle: Runs on oats and grass. Caution: Do not step in exhaust!
