SPECIAL NOTES:
1. All Youth Drivers MUST be accompanied by an adult.
2. AGES: Youth age based on 1/1/08
3. Obstacle Course Diagrams will be available the morning of the show.
4. Ponies MUST be Draft type.
5. All under saddle classes will be walk/trot only.
LIABILITY:
The GDHA and Heritage Park, specifically, jointly or severally, assume
no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any damages or injuries
to animal or person and/or loss of equipment. Exhibitors are
responsible for the behavior of their animals. Unruly animals may
be dismissed.

Under Georgia Law, an equine activity sponsor is not liable for any
injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities…..Chapter
12 of Title 4. O.C.G.A.
